My name is Guillermo Ochoa

My goal is to acquire and run a business.

I want to build upon its past success and take it forward. My father is an entrepreneur; he owned and operated a machine shop where he designed and fabricated conveyors and other metal structures. I grew up around the shop floor and job sites, witnessing the positive impact of small businesses on their customers, employees, families and communities.

While I knew I wanted to be an entrepreneur, I decided to spend my early career working for large companies. I learned how successful companies operate at scale, how they build systems that deliver consistent quality, and how they compete in the national or even global marketplace. I also gained invaluable insights into scalable processes, efficient execution and strategic planning. Over 13 years, working for the world’s largest bread maker, I’ve led teams in operations, project management, and engineering across North America, South America and Europe. I learned a lot!

Now, I’m returning to my roots. Having earned the support and financial backing of an investor group, with their own pool of capital, I‘m looking for a successful business to acquire and lead.

If you are considering your future and that of your business and are looking for an experienced, dedicated entrepreneur to steward its next chapter, I would love to speak with you and learn more about you and your company.
